Chicken and Bacon salad
Ingredients:
1.Boneless and skinless chicken
2.bacon strips
3.lettuce
4.grated carrot
5.Mayonnaise
6.Minced onion
7.walnuts
8.Black grapes
9.salt
10.pepper
11.chicken broth.
Preparation:
1.Boil the chicken in a deep pan using chicken broth,salt ,pepper and little amount of water,put it in a low flame and cook it for around (45min-1hr),so the chicken will be tender and juicy.
2.In the mean while cook the bacon strips until it turns out crispy and make it into a small pieces.
3.In a Large bowl add the chopped lettuce,grated carrots,chopped grapes,chopped walnuts,minced onion and bacon pieces.
4.After the chicken is cooked,chopped it into small pieces and add into a large bowl.
5.Add the mayonnaise and give it a good mix.

Sirloin beef recipe
Ingredients:
1.sirloin beef
2.soy sauce
3.vinegar
4.corn flour
5.crushed peppercorns
6. Tomato ketchup
7.gingergarlic paste
8.salt
9.red chili powder

Method:
1.wash and cut the sirloin beef into small pieces.
2.marinate the meat with soy sauce,vinegar,salt,red chili Powder,corn flour and gingergarlic paste for 45 min.
3.In a wok add oil and drop the marinated beef and fry it for around (15-20)min.
4. Drain the beef from oil and keep aside.
5.In the same oil add onion and fry till it becomes transparent.
6.Add the tomato ketchup and give it to a good mix.
7.Add the fried beef and cook it for a Sec.
8.Add the crushed peppercorns,give it to a good mix and the beef is ready to be served.

preparation:
1.clean and cut the chicken into cubes.
2.In a large bowl,mix the chicken with corn flour,egg,salt and pepper.
3.In a pan,add oil and fry the chicken for 10 to 15 min.
4.After frying the chicken, drain the chicken from oil and keep aside.
5.In the same oil add the chopped garlic and ginger.saute for a min.
6.Add the onion and green chili cook till the onion becomes transparent.
7.Add cilantro and saute for a minute.
8.Add the soy sauce and vinegar,give it to a good mix.

Nutritious spinach chappati
Ingredients:
1.spinach
2.wheat flour
3.salt
4.oil
Preparation:
1.pressure cook the spinach and keep aside,keep the cooked spinach along with water do not drain the spinach separately.
2.add salt and oil to the wheat flour,give it to a good mix.
3.now add the cooked spinach along with water and make a dough.
4.make a small balls out of it and dust it with the wheat flour again.
5.now roll and make it like a regular chappati by adding oil or ghee.

chicken korma
Ingredients:
1.chicken 1lb
2.turmeric powder 1tsp

5.coriander powder(dhania) 2 tbsp

7.mustard seeds
8.urad dal
9.cumin seeds
10.green chili 3-4
11. big red onion 1
12.tomato 4
13.cillantro
14.crushed pepper
15.coconut 1/2
16.ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
preparation:
1.clean the chicken add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder for cleaning the chicken.
2.In a pan add oil,then add mustard seeds,urad dal and cumin seeds.lets allow the mustard to crackle.
3.Add the chopped onion,green chili and add turmeric powder,saute for a minute.
4.Add the ginger garlic paste give it to a good mix and cook till it loses its raw smell.
5.Add the chopped tomato's,salt,red chili powder and coriander powder.
6.cook till the tomato's get mashed.
7.Add chicken and give it to a good mix,cook for five min.
8.Grind the coconut and add it to the chicken masala(the coconut will bring nice flavor to the korma)
9.Add the crushed pepper to the korma and garnish it with a cillantro.
10.At last cook the chicken korma in a low flame for 20 min.
11.Now the chicken korma is ready to be served.

6.peppercorns
7.corriander powder
8.turmeric powder

10.ginger garlic paste
11.chilli powder

14.Bay leaf
15.green cardamom
16.cinnamon stick
17.cloves

Preparation:
1.clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
2.in a pan add oil and let allow the oil becomes hot,after that add the cardamom,cloves,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and cumin seeds to the oil.
3.saute for a minute and add the chopped onions,green chillies,curry leaves.
4.cookthe onions become transparent.
5.add the turmeric powder and give it to a good mix,cook for two seconds.
6.add the ginger garlic paste and cook till it loses it's raw smell.
7.add the Corriander powder,chilli powder,salt and cumin powder cook till the masala gets cooked(approx for 10 min).
8.add the chicken pieces and cook it in a medium flame,dont forget to stir it often.
9.once the chicken got cooked,crush the peppercorns and add the crushed peppercorns to the masala.

1.mince the chicken with onion,salt,pepper,egg,garlic and bread crumbs.
2.Make it like a patty.
3.in a girdle or pan cook the pattys in a low flame for around 15-20 minutes turning both sides,add few drops of oil to the sides of the pattys.

Chicken liver fry south Indian recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken liver
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Ginger garlic paste
Oil
Corriander powder
Garam masala
Sliced onion
Pepper powder
Fennel seeds
Cilantro for garnishing
Cinnamon stick
Green cardamom
Cloves
Bay leavess
Preparation:
1.wash the chicken livers thoroughly in a cold running water.
2.marinate the chicken livers with turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,Corriander powder,pepper powder and oil.
3.keep the marinated chicken livers aside for 45 min.
4.in a pan add oil,after the oil gets heated drop the marinated chicken livers.
5.fry the chicken livers in the oil till the color changes to brown(approximately for 10 min)
6.take the fried chicken livers out in a separate bowl and keep aside.
7.in the same pan use the same oil and add the fennel seeds,bay leaves,cinnamon,cloves and cardamom sauté for a minute.it will be super aromatic.
8.add and saute the onion,till it turn transparent ,add ginger garlic paste to the onion and sauté for a while till it loses it's raw smell.
9.add the Garam masala,Corriander powder,salt and chilli powder.
10.cook till it becomes like a gravy texture.
11.now add the fried chicken liver into the masala,cover and cook the masala and chicken livers together for around 5-7 min.
12.finally garnish the chicken liver masala with the chopped cilantro.
