Ingredients:
1.spinach
2.wheat flour
3.salt
4.oil
Preparation:
1.pressure cook the spinach and keep aside,keep the cooked spinach along with water do not drain the spinach separately.
2.add salt and oil to the wheat flour,give it to a good mix.
3.now add the cooked spinach along with water and make a dough.
4.make a small balls out of it and dust it with the wheat flour again.
5.now roll and make it like a regular chappati by adding oil or ghee.
spinach has always been my favourite... Will try it :)......
