Ingredients:
1.chicken
2.tomato and chili sauce
3.onion
4.cillantro
5.egg
6.corn flour
7.salt
8.pepper powder
9.garlic chopped
10.ginger chopped
11.soy sauce
12.vinigar
13.oil
14.crushed peppercorns
15.green chili
preparation:
1.clean and cut the chicken into cubes.
2.In a large bowl,mix the chicken with corn flour,egg,salt and pepper.
3.In a pan,add oil and fry the chicken for 10 to 15 min.
4.After frying the chicken, drain the chicken from oil and keep aside.
5.In the same oil add the chopped garlic and ginger.saute for a min.
6.Add the onion and green chili cook till the onion becomes transparent.
7.Add cilantro and saute for a minute.
8.Add the soy sauce and vinegar,give it to a good mix.
7.Add the fried chicken, add the tomato and cilli sauce,give it to a good mix.
8. Add the crushed peppercorns and it ready to be served.
