Spicy chicken masala recipe

Ingredients:
1.chicken
2.red onion
3.green chillies
4.curry leaves
5.cillantro
6.peppercorns
7.corriander powder
8.turmeric powder
9.oil
10.ginger garlic paste
11.chilli powder
12.cumin powder
13.salt
14.Bay leaf
15.green cardamom
16.cinnamon stick
17.cloves
18.cumin seeds

Preparation:
1.clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
2.in a pan add oil and let allow the oil becomes hot,after that add the cardamom,cloves,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and cumin seeds to the oil.
3.saute for a minute and add the chopped onions,green chillies,curry leaves.
4.cookthe onions become transparent.
5.add the turmeric powder and give it to a good mix,cook for two seconds.
6.add the ginger garlic paste and cook till it loses it's raw smell.
7.add the Corriander powder,chilli powder,salt and cumin powder cook till the masala gets cooked(approx for 10 min).
8.add the chicken pieces and cook it in a medium flame,dont forget to stir it often.
9.once the chicken got cooked,crush the peppercorns and add the crushed peppercorns to the masala.
10.garnish the chicken masala with the chopped cillantro.

Easy and quick chicken burger recipe

Ingredients:
Boneless And skinless chicken
Onion
Egg
Garlic
Bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper powder
Burger bun
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Tomato
Sliced onion.

Preparation:
1.mince the chicken with onion,salt,pepper,egg,garlic and bread crumbs.
2.Make it like a patty.
3.in a girdle or pan cook the pattys in a low flame for around 15-20 minutes turning both sides,add few drops of oil to the sides of the pattys.
4.place the chicken patty in between the burger buns with lettuce,sliced onion,sliced tomato and mayonnaise.
5.Now the chicken burger is ready to be served.

Chicken liver fry south Indian recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken liver
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Ginger garlic paste
Oil
Corriander powder
Garam masala
Sliced onion
Pepper powder
Fennel seeds
Cilantro for garnishing
Cinnamon stick
Green cardamom
Cloves
Bay leavess

Preparation:
1.wash the chicken livers thoroughly in a cold running water.
2.marinate the chicken livers with turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,Corriander powder,pepper powder and oil.
3.keep the marinated chicken livers aside for 45 min.
4.in a pan add oil,after the oil gets heated drop the marinated chicken livers.
5.fry the chicken livers in the oil till the color changes to brown(approximately for 10 min)
6.take the fried chicken livers out in a separate bowl and keep aside.
7.in the same pan use the same oil and add the fennel seeds,bay leaves,cinnamon,cloves and cardamom sauté for a minute.it will be super aromatic.
8.add and saute the onion,till it turn transparent ,add ginger garlic paste to the onion and sauté for a while till it loses it's raw smell.
9.add the Garam masala,Corriander powder,salt and chilli powder.
10.cook till it becomes like a gravy texture.
11.now add the fried chicken liver into the masala,cover and cook the masala and chicken livers together for around 5-7 min.
12.finally garnish the chicken liver masala with the chopped cilantro.
13.now the chicken liver fry masala is ready to be served.
